Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid UPS or FedEx shipping label provided.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original box and secure it inside a shipping carton with the new label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
